2026 WHPC Outdoor Joint Service

10:00 AM Arrival
10:30 AM Joint Service (KM, EM, SM)
11:30 AM Lunch (K-5th children must stay with parents during service and lunch)
12:30 PM Ice Breakers (SM will have separate activities, children under 3 must stay with their parents)
1:00 PM Games
2:00 PM Finish/Clean Up

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Please arrive by 10:00AM at the latest
• Please register your children that are in Elementary and Kindergarten ministries at the registration desk upon arrival
• Our joint service will comprise of KM, EM and Student Ministries
• The church will provide lunch and water, K-5 will eat with their parents. Youth Ministry will have sandwiches.
• Please discourage the kids to not get too close to the pond for safety concerns.
• Please refrain from bringing pets from home
• If possible, please carpool. If a ride is needed please contact the church for ride arrangements. All cars from church will depart at 9:50AM
• There will be first aid kits available at the main site location (please refer to the map below)
• Please be sure to clean up the area around where you gathered before leaving the site

• Comfortable clothing, hats, sunglasses
• Sun block
• Portable folding chairs & floor mats
• Canopies
• Any extra snacks and beverages for you and your family
